RECRUITMENT POLICY

Franco Caiado Guerreiro & Associates is a firm that is still expanding, that has grown remarkably in the last years, whether in dimension, whether in amounts of works. For that reason, its number of lawyers is continuously enlarging, being the recruitment of trainees fundamental for the firm’s growth.
Trainees’ career is defined based on meritocracy, technical qualities and working capacity. Generally, the firm has interest that trainees stay with us after the traineeship is over, since through that period they have shown quality and working capacity, besides excellent  personal characteristics.
Given that Franco Caiado Guerreiro & Associates is a firm with deals greatly with international matters, our lawyers must be fluent in other languages (namely in English, and of course, Portuguese). In addition, we seek people with academic success, intelligent, with initiative capacity, ambitious and determinate.
