Our firm has assisted its clients in acquisitions, mergers and the setting-up of joint ventures in different industries, such as food processing, chemicals, beverages, telecommunications, natural gas, electrical equipment, oil refining and minerals, recycling of industrial residues and water, publishing, and civil construction. We also assisted clients in obtaining special grants and tax exemptions or incentives from local authorities for special investments.
